A modern and electronic reference library with around 6000 publications, periodicals and directories is operational in Hall no. 19. The centre is also having computerised trade information with a trade portal. ITPO's Trade Portal and Business Information Center (BIC) have been providing a wide range of information services on Indian exporters and overseas importers. The trade portal 12 GB of information is accessed by over 1 lac visitors annually, averaging about 325 visitors per day. The portal has information on sourcing from India, profiles of 28 major products groups and 54 major markets, supplier profiles, global importers directory covering around 52,000 importers profiles overseas market situation , trade fairs and exhibitions, trade statistics , tariffs and taxes, government policies, links to other trade related sites etc. The site has easy and user friendly navigation and search option for searching by country, product or keyword.
